Clean Eating Ferrero Rocher

I love Ferrero Rochers, so I wanted to try and create a healthy version. I am on a clean eating diet at the moment, so I have cut out all processed food. I have found so many inspiring ideas whilst reading on other people's blogs. I found this idea on the Kitchen Shed website.
Ingredients
- 80 grams Hazelnuts
- 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
- 3-4 Medjool Dates stones removed
Instructions
- Place the hazelnuts into a food processor and mix until they resemble fine breadcrumbs.
- Pour the ground hazelnuts into a bowl and stir in the cocoa powder.
- Place the dates into the food processor and mix until mostly broken up.
- Add the hazelnut and cocoa powder mixture to the food processor and mix until combined.
- Measure out 2 teaspoons of mixture and shape into balls in your hands.
- You can eat them straight away or cover and store in the fridge.
I added peanut butter to my mix. Another note I would suggest you soak the dates beforehand.
